Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible, items must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Be returned in their original packaging

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.


EU Right of Withdrawal

Customers located in the European Union have the statutory right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).

To exercise this right, customers must notify Lumira Jewelry™ in writing within the withdrawal period.


How to Request a Return

  • Photographic evidence if the item is defective or damaged

Return instructions will be provided once the request has been reviewed and approved.


Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service for all returns

  • Lumira Jewelry™ cannot be held responsible for items lost during return transit


Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item:

  • You will be notified of the approval status

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days following approval

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except where required by law.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items showing signs of wear or use

  • Items returned without original packaging

  • Gift cards or promotional items (if applicable)


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographic evidence.
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost, in accordance with consumer protection standards.
